Returns Policy
1. You must telephone 866 439 9165 or e-mail info@babymel.com to request a returns form.
2. Please repack the goods securely and include the completed returns form.
3. Please ship the product back to us via UPS, Fed Ex, or USPS, and we STRONGLY recommend that you insure the package. This protects you in case the shipment is damaged or lost in transit. Remember, we can only credit you for items received back in our warehouse.
4. We will e-mail you to confirm your package has been received. Please allow 21 working days after we receive your package for your refund or exchange to be processed. We will give you a full refund of the amount paid for the goods (but not the postage), or an exchange credit as required.
5. Please note that we can only refund the card on which the original transaction was made.
