Refund or Exchange  📦

Got a change of heart? No worries! You can return your items in unused condition, still in the original packaging with tags attached, within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Just make sure to bring your proof of purchase.


UK, EU, and US orders get free returns 🇬🇧🇪🇺🇺🇸

For other areas, you’ll need to cover the return postage.


Not totally vibing with your purchase? Send it back in its OG condition within 30 days, and we’ll sort you out with a refund (minus postage) or swap it for a new style or colour. Easy peasy!

Follow These Easy Steps to Process Your UK Return or Exchange

  1. Repack & Prep: Pop your Babymel bag back in its original packaging, and include your proof of purchase.
  2. Fill It Out: Use the dispatch note that came with your parcel, or download our returns form here. Fill it in and email it to returns@babymel.co.uk
  3. Label It: Create your free Royal Mail returns label here. Print it out or show the QR code at the Post Office to get it printed.
  4. Send It Back: Drop your parcel in the post. Keep your proof of postage until we confirm we’ve got it. Returns take up to 10 working days to process. Got questions? Hit us up at info@babymel.co.uk with your order number.

Exchange Terms 🚚

Want to swap something out? Here’s how:

  • Proof of purchase is a must for exchanges.
  • Once we get your return, we’ll send out your replacement ASAP. Any price differences will be sorted before we ship your new item. Our customer service team will reach out if needed.
  • Hold on to your proof of postage—if things get lost in transit, you might need it to help speed things up.
  • We’re not responsible for items lost or delayed in transit. For international returns, use a trackable service.
  • Heads up: we can only send refunds back to the original payment method you used. So, if you paid with a card, that’s where your refund will land! 💳

Our Warranty/Guarantee 🥇

We’re all about believing in our products and hope you’re as stoked as we are. Our gear comes with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering faults in materials and workmanship. It doesn’t cover issues from misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear. If something’s wrong within this time, we’ll cover the repair costs with proof of purchase.

Need a repair or replacement? Shoot us an email at info@babymel.co.uk with your order number and pics of the faulty product. We’ll check it out and sort you out.

Note: This policy covers manufacturing faults only. We can’t refund, exchange, or repair items with issues from misuse or external factors.

If we give the thumbs up for a repair or replacement, just send your item back using the steps we’ve laid out above. Once we get it, we’ll either fix it up or swap it out and send it right back to you. Simple as that!
